Just to share a little fact that we are proud of......
When we give you a price it is all inclusive.There are no addons unless it is requested by you. Price includes: home, delivery, piers and anchiors, moisture barier under the home, complete inside and out, central air, 2 sets of wooden steps, electric meter pan on house and block surround on a manufactured homes or skirting if requested and a weight bearing foundation on a modular. You are responsible for your land, well/septic, permits and contacting your utilities at your cost.
Bottom line we dont quote a low ball price then add on all the extras after the first price. To me that is called BAIT AND SWITCH. We like to be up front and one complete price plus taxes in the beginning.

The owner Danny Dorman has been in business for over 60 years. I have been with him 18 years as of this coming July (2019). I believe in honesty and good business ethics. If this was not offered in our business I would not have stayed here 18 years. We stand behind every home we sell and believe in excellent customer service even after a contract is signed.
